Overview
Katie Elizabeth Salon is a hairstylist in Thorold, offering professional hairstyling services in a sophisticated and elegant environment. Katie opened the salon in 2019 and has since amassed a loyal clientele, captivated by her personality and stylistic choices. To commemorate her successes, I designed a new look for the salon, featuring a logomark that juxtaposes precision and elegance of the hairstyling industry, with sharply cut edges and softly rounded corners. The combined shapes form a monogram, to emphasize Katie's singular role behind the business. The logotype uses a clean, extended sans-serif font, paired perfectly in style and weight to the logomark. The result is a logo that is elegant, sophisticated, and conveys Katie's professionalism, expertise, and infectious personality.
